The project area is located on the border between the historic city of Marchè-en-Famenne and its natural expansion suburban.

The idea is to work on this border, to transform this ambivalent line into a space of architectural balance. It means project on the edge, which is capable to join the two parts of the city, by moving and changing their fronts, alignments and skyline, till generate a new hybrid typology that contains the echo of all typologies becoming the urban fabric of the city.
